Divine Divinity Glitch: Duplicate Items
(1) Quick Save the Game
(2) Pick up item with mouse icon, hold there
(3) Hover mouse over invalid place (get red X)
(4) Quick Load the Game
(5) Now you will have 2x the number of items that you had held.

When you have several charms in possession, you can put them all on a one-slotted weapon or armor and get all the effects
